1935 Wickes begins to build crankshaft turning machines

2005 Founding of MAG: Acquired Cross-Hueller and Lamb
2006 MAG acquired Ex-Cell-O, merger with Cross-Hueller and Lamb

2016 SMS operation integrated with MAG’s in Sterling Heights, Michigan. SMS and MAG are both members of FFG Global Machine Tool Conglomerate. This merge in operation created great synergy for both brands as we can now offer both turning and prismatic machining solutions to the combined customer base.
